Teefun was started by young Moroccans who spent years travelling across five continents. Everywhere, the same story: too many apps, too many tabs, too little time actually living the trip. So we built the one travel companion we always wished we had.

Our story

  1. The road

    Hostels in Lisbon, rice terraces in Bali, trails in Patagonia, night markets in Bangkok, backstreets in Tokyo. We were young, curious and always on the move, collecting stamps and stories across five continents.

  2. The maze

    But every trip started the same way. One app for stays, another for activities, a blog for food, a forum for tips, a map that never worked offline. Evenings spent planning tomorrow instead of enjoying tonight. We kept missing the places locals love most.

  3. The spark

    Back home in Morocco, we watched visitors get lost in that exact same maze. And we asked ourselves a simple question: what if arriving somewhere new felt like arriving at a friend's place, someone who already knows where you should go?

Who is behind Teefun?

Why did you create Teefun?

Because travelling had become exhausting before it even started. One app for stays, another for activities, a blog for food, a forum for tips. Teefun brings everything together in one place, so travellers spend their time living the trip instead of planning it.

Is Teefun really free?

Yes. All Teefun features are free: planning, guides, maps and offline access. Travellers only pay the normal price of the activities they book, directly to the partner.
